Uniform Information

We feel that it is important that children show a sense of respect for our school to which they belong, and that they take thought and care in their behaviour and dress within and beyond the school. (Plain clothing or with academy logo only please).
Safe and appropriate footwear must be worn. If black trainers are worn, they must be plain.
Stud earrings are allowed (we advise one pair only; no hoops). These must be removed for PE.
Sports or fashion logos on clothing are not allowed.
Academy sweatshirts, fleeces, jackets, cardigans, bags etc. are available from Price & Buckland.
Hoodies are not appropriate to be worn in school.
Please ensure that all clothing is clearly marked with the child's name.
We have a second-hand uniform swap shop available in our school reception area. Please feel free to make use of this service whenever needed.
We also welcome donations of good-quality second-hand uniform to help keep the shop stocked and support our school community.
Uniform expectations
Plain white or pale blue polo shirt, shirt or blouse
Black, navy or grey trousers, shorts, skirt or pinafore dress (no cycling shorts or leggings)
Plain navy blue sweatshirt, jumper or cardigan (branded with logo optional, plain is suitable
Blue and white check / striped dress (Summer uniform)
Plain black shoes or ankle boots; plain black trainers are allowed.
PE & Games (All children)
T-shirt (white or ‘House’ colour – red, blue or yellow) and navy or black shorts
Trainers (preferably trainers as they can work for both indoor and outdoor PE, not plimsolls)
Warm clothing, such as a tracksuit, in winter (no hoodies ot branded pieces)
Football boots or trainers and shin pads for children who play football
Children should have PE kit in school every day and it should be clearly named.
No jewellery to be worn and long hair should always be tied back.
